Cartridge with 6-way Connector Socket (CDE ResMap)

Jandel Cartridge probe head with 6-way connector suitable for use on KLA / Tencor / Prometrix equipment.

This probe head is similar to the probe head used in CDE ResMap equipment. That probe can be found here.

It is important that the CDE probes and KLA probes are not used on the wrong machines. This could result in damage to both the probe head and the machine.
